For my Ph.D ON THEATRE ARCHIVES AND LIBRARIES, would you kindly tell me if you have any resources, preserved or meant for dissemination for theatre scholars,so i may wriincorporate your ventures, if any.
Yesterday saw your production Anto-Adi-Anto. Though Sri Rudraprosad Sengupta was sitting/standing ta the end of the play just a few feet away in the hall didn’t have the corage to tell him then which I am now writing.
The production and acting was very good. But I have one suggestion.
At the end of the play when Sohini is fading out I think in the background if the Rabindrasangeet ” Jatobar alo jwalate jai/ Bare bare dwip nive jai…” is sung in female voice it may be better.
Yesterday i saw your production ADI ANTO ADI at Rabindra Sadan. The theme of your production is very simple and boring. we expect some sharpness from your end. the acting by Sohini and Debsankar is superb.
Dear sir, I am 27 now, my passion is acting. i am dedicated to see myself as very good actor in future. i want to join training programme of ‘NANDIKAR’. Please inform me when it will start and other requirments and eligibilities.
The play Anti-Aadi- Anto is indeed brilliant in all respects and has left behind an indelible mark on the walls of my memory.Awesome acting laced with amazing background music/songs has heightened the dramatic impact on the audience…
Men- Women relationship is (perhaps) the most elemental relationship in the world, since time immemorial,Relationship sometimes reaches a plateau state where nothing new is left to explore or I can say the expiry of the relationship’s shelf life.Boredom creeps in stealthily into.the life…consequently, promiscuity, adultery and other vicarious pleasure are the most conclusive end. Protagonists in the said play had severed the ties of marriage. However, somewhere@somepoint they were utterly penitent.
The message that has been sent across is:mutual trust and acceptance of changing situations in all dimensions. The shade of romance changes with time and age.
